OUR PROGRAMS

YOUTH ACTING CLASSES

1st grade through 12th grade

We offer a variety of acting classes for students seeking to improve their acting skills.

• Our Hits class is a full semester of theatrical production, where students immerse themselves into the techniques of stage craft and acting through song. Lessons are held multiple times per week and culminate in a performance to showcase our students hard work and to demonstrate what they have learned. Open to both beginner and advanced students; there's something for everyone to use to grow.

• Our Tune Factory class is for the little characters in our lives - children from 1st through 5th grade. This beginner musical theatre acting class is held monthly and is a scaled down version of our Hits production class.

• Need a more individualized approach? We also offer monthly coaching session for the serious student seeking to hone their skills. Open to all ages.

Surfside Music Theatre is dedicated to bringing art to our local community. Local playwrights may submit original works, both musical and dramatic, to be produced by Surfside's Production Company. Check back often as we announce our next upcoming developmental work and announce future auditions.
